The keyboard is a backlit full-size keyboard with decent key travel. It comes along with a Numpad which comes quite handy. The typing experience on it was good and comfortable for long usage. The touchpad felt a little small, especially as there was enough space for a larger touchpad. The touchpad felt nice and smooth while using, but a larger touchpad would definitely have been better.
The weight of this laptop is somewhere around 2.2kg. It’s not extremely heavy but not typically lightweight either. The battery life on it is quite satisfactory. The company claimed around 10 hours of battery backup and under light usage, we got backup of slightly more than 9 hours which is actually pretty impressive and near the company-claimed time.

The keyboard is not bad. I personally didn’t like the keyboard much but it is backlit which is a positive side; it is useable and typing experience on it was average. The trackpad is of good size and feels smooth to use.
The laptop weighs around 1.75 kg which is a beneficial point in terms of portability. The company claims a battery backup of about 11 hours, and the claim is not much of a lie. In our testing, we got a battery backup of more than 9.5 hours while typing browsing, and watching movies, which is pretty impressive for a laptop with such specifications.
Drawbacks:
- The storage might be insufficient for many users.

6. ECOHERO Laptop
CPU | AMD Ryzen 7 – 3700U |
RAM | 8GB |
Storage | 256GB SSD |
The Ecohero Laptop comes with a Ryzen 7 3700U processor along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Sounds pretty far-fetched for the price, but still the specifications are legitimate.
The display is a 15.6-inch display with Full-HD resolution, which is fairly bright and the color looks good given the price bracket. The bezels are just 5mm thick which is impressive, but honestly, the looks of this laptop is not so great. The whole display frame has a rough look to it which doesn’t really look too good. The build quality is average according to what you could expect for the price.
The keyboard quality is slightly below average but does the job. The typing experience on this keyboard was not very good, but not terrible either. The trackpad is not highly responsive, but not unusable.
The battery backup is just 4-4.5 hours which is terrible, but again for the price, the specifications, and the performance it offers; well, the cost-cutting needs to be done somewhere. The weight of this laptop is around 1.6kgs which is pretty light and decent for portability. If you’re looking for a laptop with good performance but willing to compromise with other factors, you can definitely go with this.
Drawbacks:
- Terrible looks.
- The keyboard isn’t very comfortable.
- Short battery life.
- Touchpad sensitivity is low.

The Gateway Laptop is the last laptop on our list. The specifications offered are; a Ryzen 5 – 3500U processor, 8 gigabytes of RAM, and 256 gigabytes of storage.
The display is an FHD IPS panel of 14.1 inches. The display quality is below average, and the colors aren’t accurate. The bezels are not too thick but the overall look of the laptop is honestly ugly. The color of the laptop is completely red. Moreover, the laptop has a wedge-like shape which for some reason doesn’t look good. The hinge is noisy and the build quality is not very good.
The keyboard is usable but don’t expect a comfortable typing experience. The trackpad is of good size and is fairly smooth to use. The laptop has a fingerprint sensor on the top left corner of the touchpad.
The weight of the laptop is around 1.5kgs which is quite good for portability, however, the battery life of this laptop is not at all suitable for carrying it. While testing this for battery backup this laptop lasted for 2.5 to 3 hours only while typing, browsing, and watching videos. The battery backup is honestly terrible. In my opinion, go for this if you have a really tight budget, yet need smooth and fast performance.

- The keyboard is not comfortable.
- Battery backup is terrible.
- The display quality is very bad.
- No touchscreen.
